Returns & Refunds Policy (EU)

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU consumer law, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason.

Conditions for Returns

• Items must be returned unused, in their original condition, and with original packaging.

• The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day the goods are received.

• Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

Under Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Custom, bespoke, or made-to-order items

• Pre-order items

These items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Refunds

• Approved returns are refunded for the product price only.

• Original/outgoing shipping costs are non-refundable.

• A 25% restocking fee applies and will be deducted from the refund.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.

Return Shipping

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• Customers are responsible for ensuring returned goods arrive safely and are advised to use a trackable service.

How to Request a Return

Customers must notify us of their intention to withdraw within 14 days of delivery before returning any item.
